Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for Thermolytics Pro subscription plan are final and non-refundable. This applies to both weekly and monthly billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Free Plan — Try Before You Buy

Thermolytics offers a free plan with access to the Direct Efficiency calculation module and up to 3 saved calculations. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the platform using the free plan before committing to a paid subscription. The free plan has no time limit — use it for as long as you need.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings → Billing page. Upon cancellation:

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate applies immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

In the following exceptional circumstances, we may consider a credit or adjustment at our sole discretion:

If you were charged due to a technical error on our end; if the Service experienced extended downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) during your billing period; if you were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.

To request consideration for an exception, email us within 7 days of the charge at contact@thermolytics.in with your account email and transaction details.

6. GST & Invoices

All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically and available in your Settings → Billing page. If you provide a valid GSTIN, your invoices will include your GST details for input tax credit.
